Harvard law professor Charles Ogletree called for the arrest of Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson for shooting and killing teenager Michael Brown last week, explaining that he shot and killed a man and “no one knows why he did it.”
Ogletree appeared on NBC’s “Meet The Press” on Sunday to discuss the fallout from last week’s police shooting of Brown, which incited race riots and a heavy-handed police response in the small Missouri town.
“I think the first thing that needs to happen: you need to arrest Officer Wilson,” the law professor declared. “He shot and killed a man — shot him multiple times — and he’s walking free. No one knows anything about him, no one knows why he did it. We need to have to have that done, number one.”
