Kali Yuga Lawlessness Descends Even Lower in America: The “Affluenza” Defense

Outrage grows around the nation over preposterous Texas verdict of rich teen’s”Affluenza” DUI defense:

Send this brat to jail. Do not allow him to “pass go.” Do not give him a “get out of jail free card due to ‘affluenza.’ Remove Texas judge Jean Boyd who allowed this death dealing road hazard boy-child to walk free.

There are moments in American society when I truly wonder what kind of madness has seized upon the minds of the men and women who sit as judges and jury in the halls of our criminal justice system. This story is guaranteed to make the reader so furious that you will need to take a walk in the snow to cool off and calm down. We all know that we are coping with living in an ever more lawless, less intelligent, less educated, less teachable idiocracy.

But when law enforcement and criminal justice itself descends into all-out idiocy, one wonders where this all goes next. I’m too stupefied right now by this story to repeat it, so I will just let the reader see what I am talking about below. I do have one thing to add. This boy will do this again. Since he has suffered absolutely NO legal consequences for killing these people, and driving with a blood alcohol level 3 times the legal limit, anyone who allows him to walk can expect to see him again in court within a year if not sooner, on similar offenses. Why should that even need to be said? it’s common sense.

You might be asking by now, what the hell is the Affluenza defense?  Once again: be sitting down when you read this coverage.

“Prosecutors asked State District Judge Jean Boyd to impose a 20-year sentence. Yet, despite the severity of Couch’s crime, Boyd handed down a sentence of just 10 years probation and mandated that the 16-year-old receive therapy at a long-term, inpatient facility near Newport Beach, California.”

‘Like a war zone’: Photos and video show devastating damage from West, Texas, explosion

“I will tell you that this is a crime scene. Until we know more about what caused this blast, we are working this explosion as a crime scene.” – Texas official in 4.18.2013 press conference

A fertilizer plant in the town of West, Texas [ 20 miles north of Waco ] literally exploded last night 4.17.2013 at about 7:55 pm. 5 to 15 people were killed in the explosion and more than 150 injured or maimed. 50 to 60 houses in the immediate area were obliterated by the blast, roughly an area the size of 4 city blocks leveled by the massive explosion, which measured 2.1 on the Richter scale in severity. One witness described seeing a huge mushroom cloud with a fireball in it rising up into the sky as the explosion detonated. I will post more as more details are learned. The word “terrorism” has appeared in news coverage but it is only speculation. The exact cause of the massive blast is not yet known. Destruction is extensive and widespread in the blast zone.

All 50 States Have Now Filed Secession Petitions

Updated Headlines for Tuesday, November 14th 2012

Cited from The Daily Caller:

White House ‘secede’ petitions reach 675,000 signatures, 50-state participation

I won’t be doing more updates on signature counts, but will let readers follow counts in their respective states from the DC website http://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petitions/
Earlier this week I reported:

Cited:  The leader of a secessionist group in Texas said Tuesday that a petition on the White House website to separate the state from the nation is growing in popularity because the “union has fundamentally changed.”

“The fact of the matter is, that there cannot be a union between those that esteem the principles of Karl Marx over the principles of Thomas Jefferson.”

To date, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina have all reached the 25,000 signatures needed to warrant an official response from the Obama White House. On 11.14.2012 the states of Idaho, Maryland, Washington and Connecticut filed secession petitions, bringing the total number of states to 37.

Earlier this week I wrote:

It’s been a hectic 48 hours. On Sunday afternoon I spotted a YT video that reported citizens from 15 states had petitioned to peacefully secede from the United States. “Odd news item,” was my only thought. I posted it. 24 hours later, the list of petitions had grown to 30 states. Today it’s at 36 states.

Is the Secession Movement Real or Is It Conservative Political Theater?

The sudden state secession petition phenomenon may or may not mean anything other than a very large “pay attention to what we are saying” political foot stomp by conservative voters, but the civil action certainly caught fire fast enough. Texas had acquired their required 25,000 votes within a day and  their petition now has more than 100,000 signatures.

Ron Paul reminded reporters who queried him that the United States originally began with it’s 13 colonies seceding from the British government more than 200 years ago, a point well taken. But one of the biggest conservative political loudmouths in the nation, Sean Hannity, has come out with the cowardly position that although he sympathizes with the petitioners, he does not endorse secession. How odd. Sean Hannity has only been shouting at the top of his lungs his contempt for the “Marxist Socialist Obama administration” [ Hannity’s words ]  since January 20th 2009. I believe Mr. Hannity has now been outed as a true political hypocrite and possibly as spineless as well.

Here’s Sean Hannity speaking on secession in 2009:

Noteworthy is a Supreme Court Case docket from 1869 [ Texas vs. White ] which ruled that states may not secede from the Union, but that ruling is more than 100 years old, and times have obviously changed. I wouldn’t dare wager as to how the Supreme Court would rule on this issue in today’s polarized political climate.

I would advise observers who are naming calling the secession petitioning of states as “racist” to drop the tired adolescent name calling. Anyone who can balance a personal checkbook knows our nation is teetering on the edge of absolute fiscal catastrophe and that has nothing whatsoever to do with race. It does have everything to do with GOVERNANCE [ or the lack thereof. ] I have no reason to believe that Barack Obama will do anything other than continue to turn on the Federal printing presses for four more years to inject enough money into the economy to put on the show of a false economic recovery. I would surmise that many fiscal conservatives, like myself, might sign a secession petition just to make a statement that spending more borrowed money at the multitrillion dollar level is a recipe for the death of the nation.

Cited: “I am completely aware that Election Day was a catalyzing moment, but I do not believe that the underpinnings of this are solely about Barack Obama,” Texas Nationalist Movement president Daniel Miller told POLITICO. “This cake has been baking for a long time — it’s the Obama administration that put the candles on the cake and lit it for us.”

These petitions may possibly set the national stage for an official airing of grievances at least. A possible national election recount is not completely out of the question according to some. You can sign the petition to ask for a national presidential vote recount here.

Serious incidents of voter fraud have turned up in key swing states.

If this turns out to be more than the discontented murmurings of a single state, this story may get ugly.”

White House may respond to Texas secession petition

Cited:  “The White House may opt out of replying. Under its own rules, “To avoid the appearance of improper influence, the White House may decline to address certain procurement, law enforcement, adjudicatory, or similar matters properly within the jurisdiction of federal departments or agencies, federal courts, or state and local government in its response to a petition.”

Excerpt from the Texas secession petition:

“The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the federal government’s neglect to reform domestic and foreign spending. The citizens of the US suffer from blatant abuses of their rights such as the NDAA, the TSA, etc. Given that the state of Texas maintains a balanced budget and is the 15th largest economy in the world, it is practically feasible for Texas to withdraw from the union, and to do so would protect it’s citizens’ standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers which are no longer being reflected by the federal government.”

#Secede and #Secession are trending on Twitter and reports state that Texas is has achieved their 25,000 signature mark with more than 74,000 signatures as of 11.13.2012, thus leading the charge that will require an official response from the Obama White House. You can also follow @TexasTribune for more breaking news on the Texas secession petition.

CBS News Coverage of States Petitions to Secede

Other thoughts I’ve had on the secession matter …

Maybe alleged time traveler John Titor was right after all. Years ago a mysterious personage began posting messages to Usenet [ remember Usenet? ] telling the internet community that he was a time traveler returning from the future, specifically the year 2036. He told astounded web citizens on Usenet that he had traveled back in time to locate an obscure piece of computer equipment that was desperately needed in the future, and to warn people in the present of certain coming events. Titor told a stunned and frankly disbelieving internet audience that there was a civil war in America’s near future, [ his recent past ] and went on to describe how this conflict ripped the country in half, and what came later.

So you can imagine my astonishment when I found about a half dozen news sites reporting that at least 20 states have filed petitions to secede from the US last night. I’m still not sure if this is a GOP protest prank or a real movement, but the petitions are real. They are posted on the White House website, and at least two of them have more than 10,000 signatures already: Louisiana and Texas.

It’s not difficult to foresee that the financial implications of approaching new Obama regulations, Obamacare and the coming January 1st expiration of Bush tax cuts will all soon converge into an imminent perfect storm of fiscal overload. I think this coming fiscal tsunami is forcing many states to consider drastic options for their own financial and political survival. That may be at least one reason for a fledgling secession movement which has garnered petitions from 33 states to date. I would note also that I have seen news stories indicating some pretty serious voter fraud from November 6th, so many of the petitioners may want a recount of the vote if they feel the 2012 presidential election might have been rigged for Obama. I can only speculate, as all of this is such a sudden new development.

Each state must have at least 25,000 people sign their petitions by December 7th 2012 for the Obama administration to give a response.

Texas has already garnered more than 100,000 signatures as of 11.14.2012. Someone on the internet has already created a speculative “map of the future USA” which shows what a fractured union might look like. The map fails to factor in that both California and Oregon have filed petitions to secede and their signature counts are rising. The map is a sad looking sight, and I hope it doesn’t come to this. An airing of political grievances over voter fraud is one thing. A recount request is reasonable. A 21st century war of recession is a horrible prospect.

50 States File Petitions to Peacefully Secede from the US, Texas Now at 100,000 Signatures

Electoral map from the 2012 presidential election shows a majority of American counties voted GOP, or red. Many Americans question how Obama could have been re-elected with the literal majority of counties voting GOP. The secession movement which immediately erupted right after the election may be related to many questioning the fairness of the election results. The map would indicate that a minority of states, counties and cities which voted DNC re-elected Barack Obama, a result that would appear to defy precinct results.

Updated Thursday, November 15th 2012

Granted, this is a really strange story and I have no idea what implications it holds for the country. I found the story buried in a list of YT videos last Sunday. At that time 15 states had filed online petitions. The drive to request “secession” began with Texas based secessionist leader Daniel Miller, who has been the most vocal about Texas’s longstanding secession fantasies. By day two 30 more states were represented online at http://petitions.whitehouse.gov with secession petitions. By day three the number went to 37, then 50. There has been practically no TV news coverage of the fledgling “secession movement” and spotty, sporadic coverage of the development on internet news sites. It was because I noted that I chose to follow the development for several days exclusively. Matt Drudge saw what I was seeing, and noted on http://drudgereport.comSecession Movement Explodes” on 11.14.2012. Still not a peep out of the MSM on it. In fact, the airwaves have been so completely dominated by the Patraeus scandal it almost seemed the scandal was being used as a national distraction. Oh but I must be mislead about that. The Big Media outlets would never do that sort of thing, you know, use one big breaking story to hide and obfuscate another one that they don’t want to go any farther. What was I thinking?  🙂 Anyway ….

What this all means is unclear. These petitions are not being filed by state officials. They are being filed by private citizens. The movement has been met with ridicule and open mockery by all kinds of people and pundits lampooning it from all sorts of positions in society. I was parked at my laptop just about 24/7 on “secession” until late yesterday The Daily Caller reported that persons from all 50 states had now filed secession petitions. It wasn’t just critical mass, it was some sort of deluge of extremely unhappy discontented American citizens, and they were obviously expressing their displeasure via petitioning. It’s been the first time in American history that within 10 days of a presidential election that citizens from all 50 states filed petitions to secede from the United States Union. That is HUGE news and there is not a peep being reported about it on mainstream outlets. Doesn’t that bother anyone else? It bothers me so deeply I decided to follow the secession petition movement and nothing else for about 4-5 days.

If readers notice that signature counts on these petitions continue to rise, and yet not a word is reported about this story on MSM news outlets, you had better realize the magnitude of state spo0nsored censorship in effect and understand the implications.

Stories and events that the White House wishes would go away are eliminated from the TV and radio news reporting scripts. That’s social engineering of public opinion via overt censorship. That is another way of suppressing the voice of We the People. And apparently contingencies within “We the People” are really furious, taking out their fury by literally petitioning to secede.

I have no way of knowing what it implies, except that I don’t think it will be a good thing. And I don’t think this is going to go away. In fact, the more Big Media ignores it, the worse it’s going to get, and the more those signature numbers are going to climb. It’s the hard math of national anger that’s getting bigger than “red” or “blue” representation. Late yesterday six states had reached far more than the 25,000 required signatures, and several more were close.

Texans Shout “NO!” to UN Voting Observers, DNC Voter Fraud Suspected in Ohio

Ohio

Ohio (Photo credit: DBduo Photography)

Can American voters keep it clean and keep it non-violent during voting for president this year? Do we really need the UN’s help to do this?  What an outrage.

Call me biased, but I don’t think it’s going to be the GOP who does the cheating if voter fraud erupts across the country in the 2012 presidential election.

Democrat Patrick Moran of Virginia has already been busted on video telling a would-be voter how to cheat, and now there is something very fishy going on at voting stations in Ohio and the fishiness leads to Democrats, not Republicans.

I’m well aware there are rotten constituents in both parties, but let’s face it:  Obama is a desperate man in this neck and neck race, and I would not put anything past the shadier elements in the DNC and big unions [ SEIC ] to keep him in office. Heads up readers for news stories citing some of the ugliest cases of voter fraud ever caught in the US in this election. As pre-voting continues, it’s already happening. “Critics have also pointed out that despite the claims of big government-supporting groups warning about conservatives, most of the recent concerns about voter suppression and fraud have involved far-left, government-funded organizations — often linked to Obama — such as ACORN and its renamed splinter groups. Extremists such as members of the New Black Panther Party were even caught on film during the 2008 elections wearing ludicrous commando costumes and waving weapons around outside of polling places to intimidate conservative voters.”

Left Wing orgs NAACP and the ACLU petitioned the UN about a month ago for external assistance, as they stated that GOP backed political intimidation of blacks and minorities at voting stations would take place on November 6th. The UN responded by stating their intent to dispatch observers at 44 different voting locations around the country. This action has been met with real and vociferous opposition, and I can understand why. The United Nations has no legal sovereignty or authority over the process of Americans voting to elect their next president.

Uproar is now brewing over this decision by the UN. Conservative writers like myself have worried for years that US sovereignty was sliding away into UN over-control under the legislation being advanced by the Far Left agenda in America. I have been called every name in the book for voicing those fears in my news blogging. But lo and behold what happens in 2012? Far Left groups have called on the UN to come in and supervise our voting process. It’s one of those most stomach turning “See?-I-told-you-so” moments for a political and ideological conservative. OMG.

Texans have thrown down the gauntlet opposing external UN observers who will be stationed at certain locations around the country to watch voting take place on November 6th. The Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott has spoken out about this development in the bluntest of terms, telling OSCE UN observers to keep their distance or face criminal prosecution in the state of Texas.

Cited:  “Abbott, in a letter to OSCE released today, indicated that he doesn’t think much of the group — stating his understanding that OSCE had in recent months met with activist groups affiliated with ACORN, “which collapsed in disgrace after its role in a widespread voter-registration fraud scheme was uncovered,” wrote Abbott.

The attorney general said that he’s not interested in having international observers in Texas. “The OSCE may be entitled to its opinions about Voter ID laws, but your opinion is legally irrelevant in the United States, where the Supreme Court has already determined that Voter ID laws are constitutional.”

In Ohio something else entirely is taking place. It smells exactly like DNC voter fraud.

“A source, who wishes to remain anonymous, is a volunteer outside the Morse Road polling center.  She has witnessed Somalis who cannot speak English come to the polling center. They are brought in groups, by van or bus. The Democrats hand them a slate card and say, “vote Brown all the way down.” Given that Sherrod Brown is the incumbent Democrat Senator in Ohio, one can assume that this is the reference.

Non-English speaking voters may use an interpreter. The interpreters are permitted by law to interpret for the individual voting; however, they are forbidden from influencing their vote in any way. Another source who also wishes to remain anonymous has seen Democrat interpreters show the non-English speaking Somalis how to vote the Democrat slate that they were handed outside. According to this second source, there are not any Republican Somali interpreters available.”

Ticking Time Bomb? Bayou Bubbles, Strange Bubbling Sinkholes: Bayou Corne Louisiana Evacuated

We have a ticking time-bomb for a future environmental catastrophe in southern Louisiana and it is being under-reported, if noted at all, on American TV network newscasts. I watch the alphabet channels network evening news as if it were my religion, as I compare what I find online with what is reported on news networks to monitor what they choose to omit and NOT report to the American public. I have not seen a single news report on Network news about rupturing natural gas lines in Louisiana, about natural gas bubbles and sinkholes in Louisiana, or the evacuation of an entire town over it [ Bayou Corne ]  So I am reporting it here.

Examiner.com:

A possible breach of a butane-filled well 1500 feet from Bayou Corne’s sinkhole, the size of three football fields, is so “very serious,” it has Assumption Parish sheriff and local residents ordered to evacuate worried about a catastrophic explosion, one according to scientists in an Examiner investigation, would be in the range of one and a half B83 thermonuclear (hydrogen) bombs, the most powerful United States weapons in active service.

“The disaster is made all the more worrisome because the hole is believed to be close to a well containing 1.5 million barrels of liquid butane, a highly volatile liquid that turns into a highly flammable vapor upon release,” CNN reported Friday about Louisiana’s declared State of Emergency.

Louisiana is the main artery for a complex network of buried oil pipelines, gas pipelines, and natural gas pipelines, a literal underground “ball of snakes” pipeline complex which has the potential to create one of the most colossal man-made disasters in United States history.  The warning signs are all around residents in the region, as well as the memory of documented man-made disasters in the recent past.

I know what it’s like to love the land your ancestors settled, yet even so, knowing all of this I would see no purpose in continuing to try to build a future in the bubbling shifting sands of southern Louisiana.

The potential for a near future mega-disaster arising [ literally ] from some sort of dire accident or natural calamity involving these underground pipelines adds to the sense of “time to face the music” for residents of certain parts of southern Louisiana. Added to the bizarre “bubbling sinkhole” issue is the history of devastating hurricanes in the region [ Katrina, Isaac most recently]. It might be time for many of the bravest and smartest in southern Louisiana to consider a permanent relocation. Starting over now will be much less difficult than starting over after a calamity that ruins the region for human habitation for decades.

Apparently it was “officially undetermined” whether huge sinkholes and “Bayou Bubbles” which appeared in parts of Louisiana were a natural earth changes phenomenon or if they were actually entirely man-made when these video reports were published. Underground natural gas domes in the region had begun to leak, and reports would indicate that at least part of the “Bayou Bubble” phenomenon was due to those natural gas leaks.

Most of these videos are from August 2012.

Megan Bayliss of The Junk Wave Talks Celebrity Garbage [ Pacific Ocean Garbage Patch ]

Learning that the Pacific Ocean garbage patch is now as big as the state of Texas has had a profound impact on me. In my own life I plan to limit the purchase and use of plastic bottles and jars in any way I can. I already recycle glass jars to use in food and pantry storage of dry goods. This will take a massive global effort to clean up this waste and try to restore ruined beaches. Along the USA west coast massive piles of plastic from the 2011 Japan tsunami are already washing ashore. Local governments have little or no money in their budgets to try to begin to cope with the costs of a clean up. This issue will become a national environmental disaster on a scale not seen in human history within another year.
